DOVAHKINS! by LuceCosplay DOVAHKINS! by LuceCosplay
AREN'T WE BADASS?

This is probably going to be one of my all-time favorite cosplays!
I'm such a Skyrim fan, I just couldn't resist the urge to ask my friends to join me for a group! And I wanted to cosplay a Khajiit from the minute I chose to be one in the game *o* Such a huge challenge, and the cause for much sleep deprivation, but SO WORTH IT! ♥

From left to right:
Aline as Serena the Vampire
Lex as a warrior in Savior's Hide armor
Owak as the Dragonborn
Myself as a Khajiit
Dana as Aela the Huntress

by far the best khajjit cosplay I have ever seen. It looks like a khajjit! unlike others where the head has been to big.

Thank you! It was a first attempt at a realistic-looking cat mask, so I really appreciate the compliment Nod

no problem! it's nice to see a khajiit cosplay, and a warrior one at that! most khajiit cosplayers are nightingales or some thing like that.

How'd you do the khajiit mask?

Hello ^_^ I sculpted the Khajiit face on a friend's face mold (no time to make one of my own lol), using plastilina clay, and then I painted it with several layers of latex paint to get a thick (but flexible) mask. I cut out the eyes and the jaw. Then I made patterns using duck tape to add fur, which was glued to the latex mask. I painted the stripes, made the nose out of Patarev (a type of lightweight modeling clay), painted it using acrylic paint, and the eyes were glass gems (not sure of the term here) that I painted as well.
It's just a quick summary but you'll find tons of great tutorials on how to make a cat mask online ;-)
