You might have noticed that my signature contains a link to a website named "Pixidols": it's a fun community devoted to Cosplay and Fanart, where everyone can post their cosplay pics and drawings. The reason I'm promoting this website is because I help its creator, (), manage it! If you are a cosplayer or a fanartist, feel free to join our community: it's really easy, and there are monthly contests to win cool prizes.

How I wish I could afford a premium membership, so I could finally change my DA username...
My "rokettobaibii" account was originally created to follow and comment on other people's artwork, I hadn't really planned on using it! But now that I do, I'm thinking that having a recognizable username would be better!
For those of you who may wonder, "roketto baibii" is the romaji for "ロケットバイビー", a sort of catch phrase used by YURA-sama, former drummer of the band Psycho le Cému. Obviously this name doesn't make any sense, lol.
So if anyone's feeling generous, I accept donations XD

Hi there,

This is my first post here in... why yes, four years . I've decided to be more active on DA (although do not expect an entry every week, the best I can do is probably once a year xD), so I thought it would be appropriate to post a little something about me first.
I have been studying Translation for four years and I will soon (next year, if everything goes according to plan) graduate. I can hardly wait!
Anyway, let's focus on something more fun: cosplay! Because that's the main reason why I'm here.
I used to be a very active cosplayer (with an average of 1 costume per month between 2006 and 2008), but I've had to slow down a lot since then. Those last few years I've witnessed the progress made by many talented cosplayers, and it's made me want to try to catch up! So I will probably not go back to making 1 costume/month, but instead I will work on more elaborate projects that will take more time to complete.
